Hey there, I’m Lauren.
My focus has always been to uplift and empower those around me (while having a good time doing it!)
I’ve been a certified massage therapist since 2016, and have since mastered MSTR (scar tissue therapy) as well as the Art of Bodywork (physical therapy techniques rarely offered in the US.)
My loyal clients know how much I love to learn, educate, and bring the best of myself to sessions as well as create custom sessions that *fit* a person and what they need every time they come in to see me.

I crave the outdoors. It’s my playground for rejuvenation and exploration, and why I infused the Center with murals of my favorite places.
If I’m not found performing bodywork in the studio or at home cuddled by the fire, then I’m likely spotted barefoot on a mountain trail. I’m always off on some adventure to connect with nature, my man, and the people I meet along the way.
Traveling has long been a passion. I find other cultures fascinating and enjoy learning new languages as well as keeping up on my Spanish and Portuguese.
Laughter is my favorite way to connect with people and take a break from how serious the world can feel at times. I do my best to lead with a sense of humor.
Playing acoustic guitar is one of my favorite ways to soothe my soul. I love me some oldies and a neat finger picking rhythm. Sitting in front of a campfire with family and playing gentle tunes is among my most cherished occasions.
At the end of the day, my true passion is my family.
A friend of mine once referred to us as “a pile of puppies” due to our natural affection and affinity towards one another. We are constantly learning and growing together, finding ways to be more compassionate and kind to each other and ourselves.
I want to thank my family for their support over the years – they have helped me so much throughout the process of building the SouLight Center, and I would not be able to live my dream without you!
